What a JOKE. Everything was perfect until the two male employees decided to intimidate my husband and I in the parking lot after our session. While being shown our “wreck it room” we were given simple instructions not to hit the walls(which we didn’t) The problem is they provided an ALREADY busted up WOODEN spindle table to SMASH your items on with BATS, SLEDGEHAMMERS, & CROWBARS. Not a word was said about not hitting items on the table provided. The two men proceeded to follow us into the parking lot and say we “owe them money for breaking their table” THAT THEY PROVIDED ALREADY BROKEN. The over weight male then RECITES MY PLATE AND SAYS HES GOING TO CALL THE COPS AND RUNS INSIDE. So, I went in and told them if they were going to harass and threaten me to take my card. After multiple attempts to pay this B.S. $25 fee the other employee said “oh never mind” Are you kidding me? No apology, no remorse, NOTHING. mind you while we were leaving he said “I’m glad you had fun” ???? Do not go to this joke of an...
Read moreI had never heard of a rage room until my therapist mentioned it, saying anyone who has gone through trauma and grief could really use such an outlet. That's when I went online and found Break Time, so my sister and I scheduled a time. Let's just say that breaking stuff, letting go of our anger in a safe place, with an appropriate music selection we were able to choose to accompany our venting was a big release. It was very satisfying to let things fly, and see our internal anger diminish.
Claudia is the sweetest and so understanding of her clientele. For the price, it's a great outing even for those who don't have the pent-up trauma we do. I will be thanking my therapist in my next session! :) And thanks to Claudia and Break Time...
Read moreI had an amazingly wonderful experience throughout the entire time!! From the first phone call with all of my questions, until the moment we left with smiles and everlasting memories, the mother-son duo who run this place we're extremely accommodating, uncommonly kind, and a joy to meet! I booked a weekday appointment for 2 for the Picasso Paint Room, brought my niece and nephew, who are 9 and 11, and together, armed with coveralls, boots, booties, masks and gloves, (all of which were provided by Breaktime before entering any rooms! 😄) they each grabbed a paint gun, closed the door, and the fun began! We were able to watch them on a monitor but, cleverly, couldn't see the two canvases on the wall just out of site. The paintings actually turned out wonderful, with the kids even starting to fingerprint at one point. The first thing my nephew said as he exited the room was, " that was the best birthday...
