The owners are genuinely kind and welcoming individuals; however, the merchandise offered in the store is consistently overpriced relative to its actual market value. The establishment operates as a collective of independent vendors, many of whom appear to be attempting to offload outdated or secondhand items, though not at the reasonable prices one might expect from a flea market or garage sale. For instance, I encountered a vintage Coca-Cola toy priced at $50, despite it being readily available online in similar condition for just $15.
During my visit, I took numerous photographs to verify pricing later, even after being admonished by a vendor not to do so. I chose to proceed regardless, which clearly displeased them. Upon researching the items I photographed, I found that most were listed at two to five times their actual value.
I believe the owners should consider implementing clear pricing guidelines or policies to prevent price gouging or misrepresentation of an item’s worth. Without such standards, vendors are essentially free to assign arbitrary, and often unreasonable, prices to goods that would struggle to sell elsewhere. If a dealer insists on asking $100 for an item worth $30, platforms like Craigslist would be more appropriate.
To clarify, I’ve visited this location approximately six times since it first opened, and pricing has remained consistently inflated. Despite changes in vendors over time, the general composition of the inventory is roughly 95% low-quality or super random items at premium prices, 4% collectible goods, which are also sometimes overpriced, and only 1% genuinely worthwhile items offered...
Read moreI had a real good time! Right from the beginning was a very pleasant store greeter who welcomed me with a hello and a smile. I can tell every employee was happy to be there.
A very large antique store. It had plenty of employees who are happy to help you.
Special thanks to Glen who was helping me look for an antique wall telephone.
Priced a bit high but that is not the store, the individual vendors control their own pricing. Prices can be negotiable within reason so be sure to ask before you pass on something that may be hard to find.
No shopping carts allowed, this is because of the "bull in a china shop syndrome." Running a cart into a display accidentally would be a heartbreaker. Shopping baskets are provided for your convenience.
I reccommend this store, and as they told me, new things come in every day and by the same token, if you have to "think about it" then return days later, the piece you wanted may...
Read moreIn regards to your response to my review, we walked in and as soon as my son touched something and picked it up to look at it good you where very rude and said “please do not let her pick anything up she can look with her eyes” that’s when you first misgendered my son. Second you did not “keep a eye” you followed us all through the store. Every time I looked up you where starring at us anything we picked up you would go and check to make sure we put it back. You where hovering and made us feel uncomfortable. And you did upset him when you told him not to touch anything and misgendered him he’s 5 years old and that was his first bad experience at any store. I hope you recognize that he had to walk through the rest of the time holding my hand so we wouldn’t get scolded by you. Stop making excuses and work on yourself it...
