I recently purchased an HP laptop from Bestbuy and within 6 months it would no longer power on. Read moreI wouldn't go anywhere else. My Dell laptop needed repairs and Dell wanted me to send my laptop to them and it would take 7-10 days. BUT they would not back up or restore my data if I needed a new hard drive. So I brought it to Post instead because they could do this. They told me they interface with Dell and because I have the highest protection plan they can order the parts at no cost to me. I feel this is worth it because they can restore my data and will only charge me for labor. Where as Dell would not do this. So my faith in this company is triple A. Had some problems switching over from DSL to broadband which really stressed me out. I work from home and rely on my PC equipment and access to internet.
