Awful experience. I had my first cut here yesterday with Kaitlyn (i think? she didn’t introduce herself) Firstly she rescheduled me to a different day, i understand things come up and wasn’t upset about it. But when i showed up for my new appointment i waited about 35 minutes for her to finish another client. When it was my turn she was very unfriendly and aggressive with my hair. I’m not one to speak up (i should have), but i was genuinely uncomfortable. I’ve never had a hairdresser be so insensitive with my head. By the time i left my scalp was in discomfort from the aggressive brushing and handling. In total my whole appointment was shorter than the amount of time i waited for her. I feel like she put no effort into my cut, which is really upsetting considering i only get a straight cut across the bottom, no layers or anything difficult. The cut isn’t even straight.
