Taproom Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Wilbraham

We had a large gathering of 30 people post funeral for lunch on Monday 11/14. They were short staffed due to a call out in the kitchen and at the beginning only one waitress who was also tending bar. A second waitress came in to help out a little later. Because of the call out in the kitchen, the waitresses were also helping in the kitchen and tending bar. I cannot put into words just how AWESOME our waitresses were. They were both attentive and extremely nice. Kudos to the both of them for not only being so nice and friendly, but also doing everything they could to make our gathering so nice and enjoyable!!!! Nice music nice atmosphere the worst bar service and food service I've ever seen unorganized we waited for over an hour for a waitress I went to the bar to try to order my own drink they just stood there even though they were doing nothing I finally asked for a drink and it's just that I have a tab even though I had cash and was trying to pay my bill I asked him if we could get a waitress they handed me menus so we ordered I came back up and the other bartender insisted that we could not order food with them the food was delicious when we finally got it but no one ever clear the plates in two and a half hours she walked by finally we saw the first waitress she walked by six times it wouldn't take a plate off our table absolutely...

They take so long to make the food, I don't know who's cooking back there but they need to learn some type of efficiency and the host or whomever she was was very rude and off-putting. I think that this place should relocate down the street to Palmer where the hillbillies are and get out of Wilbraham where the sophisticated people are. I can see why there's never any cars in this place is parking lot.
