Repectable inventory. Do they have everything in stock, in ever color, all the time. No. They have limited retail space. They have high turnover of products. And, they suffer the same lead time issues that everyone else suffers. Will they order whatever you want, in whatever color your want. Just ask.

Quality products. They stock all the quality name brands other stores stock.

Excellent customer service. They are a family owned, small business. If they don't provide excellent customer service, they don't survive. They don't have hundreds of other retail locations to support the unprofitable locations. They employe local high school and college kids to support the community. They price their products comparable to the "big...

Excellent place for work boots, from Red Wing construction style to Muck Boots, this place has a great selection with comparable to better than most prices. Lots in stock for styles and sizes, especially safety/steel toe + waterproof styles that are hard to get nearly anywhere else.

Also carry FRC (fire resistant clothing, Adair brand for one), one of the only stores around with this hard-to-find work wear in stock, jeans, shirts and jackets (winter and lighter-weather). And in women's styles/sizes that my co-workers can't find on the shelf anywhere else. Along with other typical outdoor work wear, cold weather, warm weather, overalls, big sizes and some safety gear as well.

I had to get new work boots this weekend. I was rushed out of the store before they closed and was forced to just buy anything. When I wore them one time and they didn't fit right and wore blisters I to my ankles, I went to return them and the lady called me a liar, threw my voucher at me, and told me she never wants me in the store again.
