As soon as I walked into Bay view, it truly felt like a mini retreat. I had a facial and an underarm wax. I have had several facials and none compare to the experience here. I left with my skin feeling soft and glowy. I was taking pictures of myself without makeup on-which I never do. Alex is extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I have not had a wax done in years, I have very thick, course hair which makes waxing painful. And even with the pain, I typically still leave with hair leftover. With Alex, I left with zero hair and smooth soft skin. It also hurt a LOT less than my previous waxing experiences.
