Frosty Moose — Restaurant in Williams Bay

We have made few outings during COVID but have always enjoyed annual ice cream at the Frosty Moose. We decided to stop for carry out after a socially distanced weekend on our way back home.

I was so impressed with the precautions they had in place to keep their employees and customers safe. Masks, directional lines and six foot indicators, plastic protectors and ample hand sanitizer to name a few obvious to customers. This is an absolutely amazing little ice cream shop! I ordered a roast beef and Swiss on rye. They use the freshest ingredients and the pickles the guy added were unreal! I had to order a 2nd one to go! They have chocolate shoppe ice cream and many, many flavors to choose from!

Everyone was very personable and they can really read their customers. I was there tonight and a little blonde-haired girl waited on me. She really gave us all HUGE scoops.

I will definitely be stopping any time I am within 20 minutes of this...

This place- their ice cream and the people working inside- were one of the highlights of our vacation. Truly delicious flavors like Cherry Bomb, Turtle, and This #ß@& Just Got Serious plus a smiling face behind the counter kept our group coming back every night. There is parking, although totally walkable, a nice seating area, and an all around great selection. Noone there gave off that "ugh, out of towners" vibe, either. We look forward to trying out more than just the ice cream on...
