Subway — Restaurant in Williams Bay

I’ve been to this Subway a number of times yet I can’t think of one time we had good service. The two final straws were when my husband and I went in there. I ordered Broccoli Chedder soup and when I got it I instantly knew it was old. You could tell it had separated and it tasted bad. It had a sour taste to it. I let the young girl know who was working there and asked for something else. I got another sandwich but she made me pay for it. I will gladly pay for edible food but I should not have been charged for the soup that was inedible. The last time we went there we got there at 6:30 and they closed at 7. First of all, on TV and on line they advertise 2 Foot Longs for $5.00 I ordered 2 footlongs on line and they charged me $ 15.80 I'm my credit card, I get their and they tell me the order was cancelled, however, they charged me another $ 15.80 I checked on telephone banking when I asked about the special they said it was discontinued even though I saw it on tv and on line so now Two five dollar foot longs has cost me $ 31.60 I don't think so, I'm calling the bank today and I will never go...

My husband ordered online and went to go pick it up at 6:30. They don’t close until 7 so I’m not sure why the doors are locked and the workers stood there and smirked as he was trying to tell them he was there to pick up his food. He tried to call and they laughed and walked away from the phones mind you he is right there watching all of this.
