Going here for oil changes and fluid top-offs is getting to be one of my better habits in my retirement days. Leslie and The Crew are my 'first lines of defense' in keeping the 2012 Taco in good mechanical health and hopefully still running until we hit 411,000 miles, which at the current rate will be around my 94th birthday. On Tuesday, 4 March, 2025, The Crew rejected the Taco for the tie rods being way too loose for safe road travel. Leslie ordered the new ones from Richmond, and on Wednesday the repair work was done in about 3 hours. The monotony was broken by watching 'American Pickers' on the TV, reading a good book on George Washington, and a squall line coming thru the area at about 60 mph, which gave everyone a nice adrenaline rush. If you want a place that will bend over backwards to ensure you are a customer for life, this is the place. After having bought my Massey Ferguson from them in 2017, they have serviced it twice, while I have been living in NC. They not only delivered the tractor, but most recently, the son of the company drove down and picked up my tractor to bring back to them for it's service. They did a thorough job, were up front about pricing and repairs, and delivered the tractor back to me, cleaner than when it left. The moment I walked in, it definitely reminded me of equipment dealerships I went to with my grandfather as a kid. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They offered 3 purchase options, all cash, and two financing options. Mrs. Dawn was amazing. She helped me over the internet with the purchase of a new old stock 2605h.
