I was SO PLEASED to find this gem! From now on, I will be taking all of my USCellular questions here. Not only did I get right in - there was NO WAITING. Which, if you've ever been in the big city USC location, is almost unheard of in the big cities.
Today was my third attempt to resolving an ongoing internet problem I've had and not only did I get the help I needed, I got assistance on how to use my new device because I lugged my giant Mac computer with me. Trina, the USC agent, was very accommodating and understanding in the situation and even called customer service on my behalf to help diagnose the problem. I couldn't thank her enough for her time. She set me back up online and I am one happy camper!
The best part is that it's only about 15 minutes from where I live in the middle of nowhere and I didn't have to take up my entire afternoon driving and waiting in line for my name to be called. I could kick myself for not finding this...

Stopped in to buy an IPad, they didn’t have it in stock, said it’d be there next day. Next day didn’t show up, they said next day for sure. I called in and the guy who answered said he’d check and call me back. Never called me back. So next day has now turned into next week.
