Pizza Haus — Restaurant in Williamsburg

Wont ever eat there again. My sibling who is slightly mentaly handicaped asked for a box polietly for the food on her plate already from the pizza bar that was eat in and was denied rudely by a mr. Curtus i could hear him from the table i was at she then almost cried in front of me becuse she thought she had done somthing wrong. I proceeded to buy her some "to go pizza" becuse she couldnt take what she had on her plate already to go and we promeptly left. I called maybe a coupple minautes later and proceded to ask why she was denied and then got explained it was for to stay only, when i have receved a box on multuple ocassions regardless of eating in or not and not been treated rudely. I then mentioned i was a manager for customer service at my place of employment. I have been for about 2 years now and i mentioned that that was not ok to do to and said id never eat here agian and only receved what sounded like a im sorry that seemed like he did not care much for the customers feelings.So thank you curtus for making my sister almost cry becuse you came to work in a bad mood. Thanks so much. Oh and the cinniman rolls are always too dry maybe a bit more water or oil not sure how you make them but...

Confusing when you first walk in, we weren't sure if we should take a seat or what. There was a sign that said order here, but we didn't see a munu to know our options. We were about to leave and some one told us what to do. We were given a menu with pizzas available. After we ordered, we saw people with salads, bread, and sandwiches. All we had on our menu were some pizzas. Anyhow, we ordered an Italian sausage pizza, and it was the best sausage pizza ev-errrr! So glad we stayed. seriously the BEST PIZZA I've had in a long time!!! reminded me of the homemade pizza my parents made when I was a kid, ingredient proportions were perfect, it was cooked perfectly, the salad bar items were cold and fresh!!! I can't say enough positive things about this place!!!
