I am amazed by the knowledge and friendliness of this business. Upon calling with tons of questions, Zack greeted me on the phone with a welcoming tone. I warned him before I asked any questions that I had tons of questions, he kindly said "fire away and I see if I can answer them". He advised me as to what setup is best for my needs, not pushing the expensive products but listening to my use case and then making a recommendation.

Aside from just answering my questions, he also educated me on one the products and shared some.of his experience with them.

I then went to ask about my current Supra Mk5 setup and the issues I was having, he listened and then explained to me that it could be a couple of things, but for me to shoot some pictures of my setup and emaIl it to him so he can advise me better.

Keep in mind this customer service was all exceptional even before I bought a single item. I definitely am going to place my order in the next few days to take advantage of the black friday deal, but most importantly I know that if I ever have questions or concerns about my air ride, these guys/gals will have my back.

I was going to just buy Maxload Stance Universal bags through Bag Riders, but I was never able to get all the correct measurements from my lowering coilovers in order to make the bags fitment precise. I wound up ordering a kit directly through Maxload Stance because they had a kit for my 9th Gen Chevrolet Malibu. 2-3 months passed and Cody from Bag Riders reached out to me again asking if I ever got those measurements. I told him the whole situation, expecting him and the team to be pissed at me for not buying the Universal Bags through them, but it was the complete opposite! Cody even told me he would get a refund started from my payment on the Universal Bags, which I was expecting they would probably keep for wasting their time. I received the refund very quickly, and I've since talked to several members from Bag Riders. I can honestly say that I've been blown away at how genuine and kind every single team member has been to me! These guys and gals should be The Example of how a company treats every single person they talk to! This was my first time doing air ride, as I've previously been static on all of my previous cars, so it was definitely a little more in-depth than just slapping on coilovers and calling it a day.

BagRiders supplied everything I needed in a quick, easy package. I purchased their Airlift 3P + SuperLow kit for my 2023 BRZ and I am not disappointed. Shipping was super quick and the payment options are amazing.

The kit itself allows me to ride at a pretty low height without much bounce or fear of banging my fenders, unlike normal bellows where you have a lot of range of motion while driving. Surprisingly, the range of the lift for this kit is tremendous, as well - there's no speedbumps I can't clear and I'm able to almost lay frame.

The guys at BagRiders are some of the best I've dealt with as well, as I've had a few questions throughout my install and they're always immediately available to answer questions and extremely knowledgeable on the topic.
