Lyric Theatre Company — Attraction in South Burlington

Lyric Theatre Company is the largest, non-profit community theater organization in Vermont. They produce 2 full-scale Broadway musicals each year at the Flynn Theatre, Burlington's professional theater. Lyric also produces other programs during the year including summer theater camps for children and other theater productions both at their own facility in South Burlington and "on the road" around Vermont. The most remarkable part of the Lyric story is that they do all the work for each production with their own volunteers including set design and construction, costume design and construction, sound and lights, etc. Even better is the fact that no experience is necessary - just walk in the door and they'll find places where you can become involved right away and be taught what you need to know.
