Worst experience ever! Hopefully better experience with a different agent. Contacted Bryce about a property in southport for lease early January. I had to do all the communication because my emails kept getting ignored. Come to find out, a bigger company also wanted the space for lease after I had contacted them first. I was over looked and strung along. Once a bigger company contacted about the space for lease, dollar signs was seen. It was an awful experience and I felt completely invalid as a small buisness. But if I was a big company, I probably would've been in there a month ago. After expressing mulitple times that I absolutely wanted the space, I was told they wanted to see what the larger company wanted to do. Didnt matter that I was the first contact and ignored for weeks after. Be careful who you do buisness with! My dream...
