The customer's first impression is everything when you run a business and from beginning to end I did not have a great first impression of this nail salon. The front desk gentleman bothered me several times throughout my visit about getting a gel manicure and I repeated myself several times that I was there for a regular manicure. He patronized me with my not seeming to understand that a gel manicure lasts longer than a regular manicure when of course I know that. The nail tech, that I had, messed up her own work on my nails twice because she kept bumping her own hand against my freshly painted nails which didn't make me feel like she was taking the time to do a good job which frankly she didn't. I would leave pictures but it's half a week later and my nails are chipping which wouldn't realistically showcase the mistakes I'm referring to. I got a french manicure and she only half covered the whites of my own nails with polish so the whites of my nails were showing beneath the tips of the french manicure. French manicures aren't supposed to look busted like that. Lastly, after sitting with my nails drying for 15 minutes with no further instructions (in past experience elsewhere the nail tech will check in on you as your nails are drying or they'll tell you how long they need to dry for) I decided to leave and my nails were dry so I go back to the front desk to pay and the same patronizing gentleman just looks at me blankly and flatly and asks me if I'm okay. It gave me such a bizarre feeling. I just was so confused by both employees I interacted with and it did not feel like a language barrier thing at all. I did not leave any gratuity and I will not be back. My first impression was as lack luster as it gets. I never spend the time to write negative reviews but had to as I had expecations from other google reviews and I read. I will say the interior had me fooled. The place looked beautiful on the inside. Read moreIt might not seem like a lot to you guys but I will not be returning to this nail salon for several reasons. I don’t have anything bad to say about the salon itself as it was clean and didn’t smell bad or anything however I went there last week on a Friday to get my nails done for senior pictures and spent $70 on a short nail it was $70 because the design was $30 extra (never again) I see nail techs do better jobs than salons!!! But anyways I got them done and within a day or two the rhinestones I got put on were falling off it started off little but I’m concerned that I didn’t get my money’s worth so I called to get them fixed Alex was the one who did my nails first and at least he put a top coat on it but I don’t feel like they are meticulous enough with their work because some rhinestones were overlapping each other and are crooked there’s also left over rhinestone glue on my nail that was never cleaned up there’s STILL acrylic under my nails some nails are longer than each other and my appointment was at 2:30 I didn’t get in a chair until an hour or so later and when I went back to get them fixed the person who was fixing my nails wanted to rush on them when she saw the white girls didn’t push in the rhinestones and didn’t even put a top coat that Alex put on my nails on my nails and I pointed out to her which Rhinestones were missing and which ones wasn’t pushed in and she ignored me and told me to just put my hands on the dryer like girl what?! And the same day I left which was Monday the rhinestones she put in fell off because she was trying to rush my nails even though it was only a few rhinestones Missing they look cute from a far but up close look like who did it and why and I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed at 6:00 and left at 6:08 I will NEVER be returning I am highly dissatisfied but everyone has different experiences this is just mine I should have just scheduled an appointment with a NAIL tech (the stuff under my nails is makeup I do wig...
Read more9/12/25 (Update to my initial review from yesterday). The owners saw my feedback called me yesterday to come back in to fix the issues. I went in today Alex took his time redoing the entire manicure. Perfectly done this time - I got exactly what I wanted! I am pleased with the damage control here and swift response. I uploaded new picture from today's visit! Ut is the 3rd picture and ask you can see, noticeable difference!!!!!
9/11/25 5 stars for the lady who did my pedicure. But definitely ZERO stars for the lady who did my manicure/refill gel. She was rushing and very rough- had to tell her multiple times to be gentle in the way she handled my hands. She got an attitude too when I tried to tell her she got the wrong color and I tried to tell her the color I wanted. Then she had even more attitude when I showed her the color was bleeding (none of this was my fault btw). She just seemed like she was not interested in working today. The front desk lady was very nice in stepping in and agreeing with me on color. I wanted the same color I had on my toe nails. The front lady came and switched out the colors, giving me exactly what I wanted. Back to the lady who did my manicure though- horrible horrible service. I'm sitting in the car looking at my nails and I hate em. I know I paid and could just go make her fix it but its too much negative attitude from her, its okay.
