I try to support black owned businesses but this one was one and done for me first off we ordered food the waiter came back and said we don’t have jerk wings I said I never ordered jerked wings she said ok I REPEATED my order to her 3 times she said ok got it so we sitting there still waiting only thing came out was a order of eggrolls and my sister Alfredo so we waiting waiting waiting still no food then the owner came over got most of our food and still was missing items 🙄 so at this point I’m like ok the waitress said it was her second day I’m like ok so my lamb yams and Mac came out I asked the owner why my yams look like this the pictures don’t look like this she said well you can’t go off the pictures, but they the ones posted on yall page🤦🏾‍♀️ the lamb was good the Mac was edible but the yams was nasty and runny, brought it to her attention she said I can give u 10% off the yams lol like what😩 so now at this point I get my receipt we spent like 2 something to try a lil bit of everything drinks were suppose to be half off we’re still full priced on the receipt she did fix that, after that the waiter said we don’t accept cash I’m like ok but charge you a card fee like whew I was so over it I couldn’t wait to try this place out to be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED‼️ The bingo guys are always a vibe no matter what restaurant they at shout out to them but...

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Such a cute date spot happy hour spot or just dining with friends. The food is sooooo worth it . SN: Eating here brings me back to my New Orleans vacations of a good staff, great food and a great atmosphere.

Our experience: The atmosphere is great with great music and the bartender and waitress were lovely. I go early so I have not seen it overly packed nor had an extreme wait time around Brunch Time - Dinner. To be honest: We only drank half our drink by the time our food came out. And the food was hot and looked even better in person than the pictures.

Whether you get the shrimp, fried fish, salmon or lamb chops it all pairs well with their Gouda Special Sauce grits or their signature sides. Now, I did hear the Mac and cheese could use some work (Sorry) but the Honey Jerk Lamb Chops almost had my friend in tears due to the perfect cook and seasoning . Oh and I’m obsessed over their seasoned green beans!!! Get the Green Beans and I promise you won’t be disappointed! The green beans are a must try side along with the stuffed salmon or the baked chicken breast that was so very juicy and tender.

This food will leave you satisfied and my friends and I were overly impressed and we will be back again soon! Great...

Upon arrival it wasn’t what I was expecting. The restaurant is very small. We didn’t get a seat at one of the cute booths but at a high top table soon as you enter the restaurant. Was told the booth was reserved for a large party. “Large party” never arrived, instead a couple sat there an hour later (sigh). Service was very slow. Took about 10 mins to receive a menu. We had two different waiters who didn’t seem to notice they were waiting the same table. I observed multiple orders coming out to wrong tables not knowing where the food was supposed to go. Ordered a peach Bellini and after 20 mins a miniature drink was brought out to me literally only 3oz. We both ordered salmon and grits and an order of French toast. I have no idea how that took 1.5 hours to come out. Never in all my dining experiences have I waited that long for anything to come out a kitchen. Food was cool. French toast was cold and on menu said it came topped with blueberries and strawberries but literally was a half a strawberry sliced in half and 4 blueberries for four slices of French toast. Heard great things about this place but it didn’t live up to the hype for us. All in all we didn’t enjoy our experience and won’t be back, maybe a DoorDash but definitely...
