Verizon — Local services in Wilmington

I'm a fan of the Verizon brand due to the knowledgeable and helpful sales associates who point me in the right direction on purchases and ensure I have no questions. Therefore, it pains me to enter an unfavorable review on this location. The sales associate, who no longer works here was so arrogant it led to an argument mid transaction. The guy treated me like a nuisance for asking questions about my purchase. His responses to my questions would be him cutting me off mid sentence with a tone similar to "duh can you read the product description?" This person was impatient and wanted me to go away, he clearly didn't want to be bothered. I should have walked away without making the purchase. I completed the purchase as a refusal to be defeated by his despicable behavior.

First, he was trying to sell me the exact same headset that the gas station sells for 20.00 more. He finally came down in price, so I just bought it. All my friends said I sounded terrible, so I went to return it. On my 2nd trip back to the store, I found out he doesn't even open till noon. So I went back around noon twice and hung out for 20 min.
