Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Wilmington

It’s at a travel stop there’s a large cafeteria like seating area around the corner from the Charlie’s in the building, but don’t go in there expecting an actual restaurant Today I had the wings and fries the buffalo absolutely outstanding. The Cajun rub left a lot to be desired less on flavor but more just taste like fried chicken wings all in all not bad. I always get the french fries with a side of barbecue cause their fries plus barbecue sauce always taste phenomenal. Besides that it’s a Charlie’s traditional cheesesteak is very good especially if you have bacon just gotta kick it up and bacon makes everything better Another huge plus they have cherry Coke on top and not that digital crap where you’re not actually getting cherry Coke syrup you’re getting a mixture of Coke zero Coke and something else I can’t remember from when I worked...

I've been to Charley's in 4 different states so I know how big a large sandwich is supposed to be,I paid for a large,what I received was a small. I can usually barely finish half a large in one sitting and this thing was tiny enough to finish along with the fries. I thought it was odd that the sandwich and fries came in the same box as opposed to separate boxes as usual,I didn't realize the drink was also a small until I got to my truck and put it in my cup holder To summarize,It was a complete ripoff,I should've known something was up when they didn't have online ordering,then when I went inside,their menu didn't even have the sandwiches every other shop I've been to had I won't bother stopping here again. They had to remake my sandwich 4x to get it right. I have a dairy allergy and told them. The receipt said "no cheese, all the veggies". The first sandwich was smothered in melted cheese. They remade it and I was careful to see they put no cheese on it. I took the new sandwich (#2) and left. Down the road I noticed they left the veggies off (I had given them the receipt so they could see what I'd ordered). I turned my rig around and went back.
