I found Westway Electric Supply during a web search when trying to find a replacement for a specialty bulb. I used the contact info on the website to send a picture of what I was looking for, and the information I had on the bulb box. I arrived home the next day to find a real-live-person voice mail from Anthony at Westway providing me with very specific information to help with my dilemma. Really? I was blown away! While the bulb I was looking for has been discontinued, Anthony suggested a new bulb with little cosmetic difference to the original. It's impressive to get that kind of person-to-person service in this era of faceless internet transactions. We should all support this kind of business!

When I went to replace the wall plate to accommodate the new timers, I could not find the required matching ones anywhere. That is a very high restocking fee!!!!!
