I found Whatever It Cakes via social media when I was looking for someone local to create my daughter's Frozen-themed birthday cake. Specifically, I was trying to find someone who would be able to accommodate a severe peanut allergy for a guest of ours, as we were trying to be inclusive.

Erin was incredibly easy to work with and responsive from the moment of my inquiry, through the design and pickup. She was so accommodating to the allergy request, which we greatly appreciated.

We don't love the taste of fondant, so Erin curated a cake that included character themed cookies to accompany the cake. I opted for a 1-tier cake accompanied by a dozen cupcakes as most of the kids were toddlers.

My daughter LOVED her Anna and Elsa design and the marble cake was moist and SO GOOD, while the fudge frosting truly topped off the flavor. The cookie design was INCREDIBLE! I couldn't believe how beautiful they looked. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful and delicious it was and we hardly had any left over.

While Whatever It Cakes may be more expensive than your everyday bakery, Erin's work is unmatched and the taste is divine....

I’ve worked with Erin to send her beautiful (and delicious) baked goods as gifts multiple times and they’re always a hit! When I got engaged I already knew I wanted something of Erin’s for a dessert. Erin and I discussed colors and styles I liked but I’m incredibly lax/flexible so I gave her full creative freedom. The result was SO much better than I could have imagined. I knew they were going to be amazing but WOW. Not to mention, she shipped them from MA to VT for me and they arrived in perfect condition.

Come the day of the wedding we received tons of compliments on the cookies that were “beautiful and actually tasted great” which we all know isn’t always the case - unless it’s with Erin.
