Bought a still 38 weed trimmer last month. Second time I tried to start it it wouldn't start. I brought it back to Whitmore ace in Wilmington, the service guy tried for 20 min. Then took the plug out , then the air filter... it took a lot of pulls and it finally started. He tried to hand it back to me,I said there was something wrong and I thought he should give another one. After me refusing several times to take the broken one, he said he would give a new one, but if that breaks I would be cut off. He told me I bought the cheapest of the line. I saw this design on hanging cast irons skillets on the side of a cabinet, but my new designed kitchen would not allow for me to hang them. I decided to hang them on the back of my kitchen door instead. U will understand as soon as u walk in the doors u will see how much more of a selection of items they have compared to other locations. Who ever owes that location. U can tell that owner has pride in his store, from the little details. Like the type of bags they use at the register, or how they actually take the time to set up individually separate areas for specific items with signs from those brands hanging up in those areas. U can tell how they actually see u as a valuable customer. I have nothing but good things to say about this...
