We visited Jean’s Bridal today from Fargo, and it was absolutely worth the drive! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. We had the pleasure of working with the new owner, Jamie, who is truly wonderful—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The entire experience felt personal and thoughtful. They walked us through everything, led us to a private fitting room, and even had a robe and slippers ready for between dress changes. Mimosas were offered, and we felt so well taken care of.
Best of all, the dress we found was easily a quarter of what we would’ve paid elsewhere—seriously unbeatable pricing for such a great experience. Jamie went above and beyond, and we’re wishing her all the best in this new chapter. Highly recommend for any...

Felt very rushed by staff who were not very helpful. Prices were a bit high too compared to other places... plus this was really out of the way. Had to go here however, since that is where Bride "just had to go". I will go to Davids Bridal or Ebay before I go back to Jeans. IMPORTANT NOTE: One lady in the wedding party dropped out last minute, Jeans would not release rented Tuxedos for the Groom or Groomsmen (even though they were paid in full) until Bride and Groom paid for the dress that wouldn't be worn. I got married in 1998 and had trouble with customer service at that time too. Then the alterations on a nieces prom dress practically wrecked the dress. Today I came in looking for a mother of the bride dress and knew exactly what I wanted BUT all I got was "here is our selection you can look through them and here is the dressing room.
