I have had issues with reliability in my deliveries for months. Then charged for gallons that were not delivered. When I called in to the office to let them know and get it straightened out. They told me they would credit my bill for the gallon that wasn’t delivered and that they would go ahead and withdraw my payment for my invoice and it was due on the 15th I called in on the 10th. I told them over the phone I didn’t authorize for them to withdraw payment until I called in as I wanted to speak with the manager that I would call in to authorize payment. Was told our business would be “added for service.” I asked which day the rep will come by. Was told “I don’t know.” Evidently, only the manager (who had left for the day) can answer my question and I was told that I can call back on Monday to see when someone can come by and check on my tank.
