Tropicana Foods — Local services in Wilson

I called in an order for 2 chicken tacos, a sope and a cheeseburger combo, sent my friend to get the food and he said they said they didn't have the spicy red salsa they told me they had over the phone. Also he said his burger was sloppy, and then i open my sope box and see they didn't put avocado on it. So i called back to tell them they left the avocado off the sope and this chick tries to tell me the avocado costs extra. I am immediately like no ma'am i asked what comes on the sope when i called and she specifically told me avocado(not to mention it says so on their menu) and then the phone goes quiet, she put me on hold witjout saying, hold on and then returns to the phone like well he said if u bring it back he will put a little avocado on it but thats all we gonna do. Her attitude was nasty and i didn't call with a nasty attitude so i didn't deserve to get a nasty attitude! I told her that was okay and I just wouldn't be spending my money with them anymore. Its bad enough that you come and make money off of a community who supports you and you and you don't support them back but to turn around and have a nasty attitude with someone who just respectfully wants what they paid for is just dumb! I won't spend anymore money there and i hope you don't either. Also these are authentic latino foods and as a Chef i can say there food is always flavorless and not a great representative of what GOOD latino food...

Not that it's totally bad, but this is the worst Tropicana supermarket I have ever been to. very small very limited items go to the one in Greenville or Clinton, has a lot more stuff for Latino...
