The Craft Nook — Local services in Winchester

Yesterday I placed an order through a big-name company (1-800-flowers). I was informed this morning that they could not find a florist to do the arrangement and that they would contact the recipient (it was a surprise), credit $20 to my account, and ship it to her in a FEDEX box. I told them to keep their credit, give me my refund, and that I would never use their service again. That's when I called the Craft Nook. The associate that I spoke with was very knowledgable, polite, and friendly; a blessing since I was in a not-so-great mood. They assured me that they could not only do the arrangement for me better and cheaper, but that it would also be delivered within the next 4 hours. Perfect. They texted me a picture of the arrangement within 20 minutes and had it delivered within the hour. I just received a text from my girlfriend (the recipient) saying that she was so happy she was in tears. If you are looking for a great florist, you're already on the correct page. It has a very country, homey feel to it as you walk in and they have a very broad selection of beautiful ornaments from whimsical to beautifuly home made looking ornaments.
