I bought a sofa that has issues that I didn’t see in the showroom. After the delivery to my home, I called and asked if the guys would come out and see if they had attached the back properly on the middle cushion. The middle section sits higher than the ends. I could hear a male voice in the background saying it needed time to settle, it’s the foam in the cushions. I insisted that they come out so that I could show them what was wrong. They did, the driver was obviously less than happy with me. He told me again it’s the foam, it just needs sat on. He was thumping on the cushions as he spoke.
