Redefined Elite Performance — Local services in Winder

Donte Anglade reached out to me and wanted to be a part of the physical transformation for my daughter. He said his facility has everything she needs, including his coaches like Endrit (Coach E) Hoti. Coach E is one of the top strength coaches in the state and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), reinforcing his degree in exercise science. Coach E will get her ready for D1 college athletics while she's still in high school. Last week, we met the staff, got a tour of the facility, and she got an assessment of her current strength and speed. Based on those results, it's very obvious she has a lot of work to do before being college-ready. We all agreed that this is the missing piece to get her to the next level. Donte and Coach E will work on her strength, speed and agility, and a nutrition plan that will transform her into a machine.

Redefined Elite Performance is a state-of-the-art strength, speed and agility facility, that transforms young athletes into young elite athletes. They have the top coaches for 1 on 1 training, sport-specific strength training, nutrition plans, and sports camps. The best part about Redefined Elite Performance is that it is located down the road from Archer, Apalachee, Dacula, and Winder-Barrow High Schools.

Coach Dante and Coach E are extremely knowledgeable and professional; allowing Redefined to cultivate a supportive and encouraging environment that focuses on progress and potential.
