Winder Pawville - Boarding, Daycare, & Grooming — Local services in Winder

I cannot sing the praises of ths place loud enough! We were struggling with meeting our 12 week-old malamute puppy's needs while working full-time jobs and so we decided it was time to bring him to daycare after his third round of vaccinations. I am so glad we did! The staff at The Paws Resort have been so kind and accomodating, and provide such great care for our Meeko. He's always so excited to see the staff when we arrive in the morning, and doesn't seem to want to leave when I pick him up! I can tell they care for him as if he was their own pup and I don't worry at all about his safety/well-being during the day! On top of that, he is getting valuable socialization with other dogs, and is all tired and sweet for us in the evenings. It's a win-win for everyone and their prices are incredibly reasonable. It's honeslty made our life so much easier. I went from pulling my hair out because I had a crazy, energetic puppy to contend with every night when I got home to looking forward to picking up our little fluff ball and cuddling with him at the end of the day. It's also improved his behavior ten fold with our other pups. If you're hesitating bringing your younger puppy in... don't! They will have a blast and you will be able to relax knowing they are in great hands! :)

We have boarded out dog here a few times now and really glad we will not need services in GA any more. Our last 2 visits were horrible compared to our original stay. We dealt with the owner during both drop- off's these last visits. She was abrupt, rude and our per was getting a bath before pick-up. She asked if we wanted the de-shedding bath and instead odd telling me the difference in cost she just told me the cost. After we left, I began looking at the receipt only to realize the de-shedding bath was only $10 more. Had I known that, we would have gone with the de-shedding bath. The next weekend when we dropped her off, we wanted to see the area where she would be staying, since we were short on time the prior week. The owner was again so rude and didn't really want my husband to look at the big dog area. He said the area she let him see was very messy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, unsure how she keeps staff if she treats them anywhere close to how she treated us. We have 3 dogs that can be a handful at times. Especially my retired working dog. So needless to say, we were a little more than apprehensive about boarding them with Pawville. My wife and I popped in unexpectedly to look at the kennel and speak with some of the staff on site, and wow were we impressed. The kennels were clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, questions were answered and ultimately our worries were out to ease. All 3 dogs had an incredible stay. Not only were we sent daily pictures of them playing, we got report cards on their behavior and staff interaction. The communication with the kennel was second to none and we could not have asked for a better place to take care of the dogs. We will absolutely be using them again for future trips or if we just need a day to run errands and not worry about our pups.
