I bought a computer tower from him on October 24 2024 for $96.30 and I had more then one problems with the first tower and he eventually had to switch my towers out cause of the graphics card but Kevin was very nice and understanding and even came to my house to make sure the setup was connected right. But as of right now November 28th 2024 my computer is only is power safe mode and won't work. I looked it up and its all points back to the graphics card again. I won't know before he looks at it or gets back to me but very frustrating. I basically paid 96.30 for a month use of computer then to crap out again. Hopefully we can figure it out cause I have my kids pictures on this computer and I want to save them. Kevin is very nice and easy to work with but I don't know anything about the programs he installed and need him to make sure they are working properly something to keep in mind before ordering a used computer. Satisfied is an understatement when talking about my experience with Grimes Computer! Excellent customer service with timely responses to questions. Especially dealing with a less than knowledgeable person with computers. Very knowledgeable in their craft and did not make me feel stupid (which is huge for me.) I explained exactly what my business needed and what we would be using it for and they found us the perfect fit. I was expecting to spend upwards to 1000 dollars and Grimes Computer got me out under 500! Will Recommend to everyone I know!...
