My daughter had her hair taken back to blonde. She was quoted 189. When she got there the price changed to $90 per hour but if she walked away she would have been charged $45 for cancelling. Her color for some reason took just over 3 hours. Having had her hair done before I know this is a bit of an overreach for time. When all was said and done she was charged $400 and my daughter's hair still is NOT all blonde as the service was requested. I was hopeful with all the positive reviews. Sadly we won't be back. We leave tomorrow morning for vacation and have no way to fix this. I am hoping this will be taken in the way it was written, I am not out to bring your reviews down. Came here to get a perm and only the top half turned out right. The bottom half of my hair is still pin straight, but the chemical damage was still done (as can be expected with a perm). Nicole offered to re-perm the bottom half of my hair (which I appreciated) and we scheduled an appointment, but after she cancelled one she didn't reach out again. After speaking to another hair specialist, I was told not to get my hair re-permed as my hair needs time to heal and repair itself. I told Nicole that I would like a refund instead, but she just stopped responding to me and I have not heard anything. I see many good reviews saying their hair turned out great. But I didn’t get the cut I showed from a picture and instead of layering my already fine hair she thinned it out.
