I DO NOT recommend this company at all I am so mad at this company. My wife and I decided to have 2 patios installed, things did not go smoothly. We waited 2 months to have patio's installed. The Smaller patio enclosure was installed on time. The larger patio install has had multiple issues, when they came in they installed part of it and then figured out that some of the measurements were wrong, we waited couple months they came back to install. That is when they they realized they took wrong measurements again, we waited 2 more months for them to come back to finish the work 4 months from when they started the work. I was then told the patio was completed. When I got home, I looked at enclosure, they installed the slider so when you open it you walk into a bush instead of the walkway. They said they would fix it. They came back about a few weeks later to fix the issue. when they did they used the same structure and all they did was flipped it and left the door holes in wall from original lock. While waiting for the issues to be resolved we had notice more poorly completed work in 2 corners. They had told us its all custom work (poor finish work) I asked them to fix the holes from handle and poor work on the corners they told me they would not do anymore work. I called several times looking help from managers on duty and they blamed the salesman for taking wrong measurements. They will do nothing more they said. I was not planning on posting anything, until now this week I received a collection notice saying I owe them, money and they have reached out multiple times lies!! The end result is that we have a nice patio enclosure that was constructed with quality materials. The building process itself was frustrating and seemed to be never ending. The installers did not speak English, so communication was impossible. The supervisor was not on property but supposedly oversaw the crew by telephone. There was no quality control and we found multiple items that needed to be corrected. The job was estimated to take 2 weeks but ran over into week 5 because they worked sporadically. Communication regarding their work schedule was lacking. The company informed us once that they’d return to finish our job after they finished another job that they began after ours. We found working with Patio Enclosures to be frustrating and unprofessional and hope they may find a way to improve their communication skills and...

Overall could not recommend this company. I would of preferred them to not take on the job instead of producing this. From the start was given poor expectations and communication on the process/timeline was nonexistent. Supplies were delivered unexpectedly and left on grass for 2 weeks. Start time was delayed multiple times and there would be days nobody showed up to work with tools and supplies everywhere in yard. Reached out to company they were surprised deck was not completed yet and they reached out to builder. After completion builder left tools and supplies on property for 3 more days. Poor workmanship to top it off; cracks everywhere, landing pad is crooked, couldn't be bothered to take tags off the lumber either. My mother is trying to have this corrected, but shouldn't be this hard to do...
