Overcharged me for radio and speaker install. Dropped my car off at 8am and they called me 10:54am telling me my car was ready. Went and picked it up, I was charged for 4 hours of labor instead of 3 with the excuse, "well we had 2 people working on your vehicle" ! As if that matters?!? The sign clearly printed on their counter is "Labor rate 85.00 per hour", not 85.00 per hour per person! As if that wasn't bad enough, the microphone was not working on the install either. Seems to me that the equipment should have been tested for functionality before a customer is asked to come get their vehicle! Will not ever return here!
