NEW AUGUST 23RD,MELISSA AKA MISTY,NEW PROMOTION TURNED HER EVIL...Today I had a scary situation, my tire blew. I almost wreaked lost control barely was able to get out road. I had the whole payment. Explained what had happened, that I was thirty short from tire, gas money for good Samaritan. Ithought they would have handled me better to not having ever been late. Should have learned my lesson of when I had the fire . Ihave been going here since 2006. Ms.Mildread is the best. So the rest I say doesn't point to her beautiful soul. When I say all the furniture I own is from purchasing from her. That's 17, soon to be 18 years. I would buy even because I would get bored of a piece. As well as buy Christmas items here. Send my family and friends. And the front door says family own. But when one of your best customers has a tragedy, you have no heart, management is cold-hearted. I bought 5,709.00 worth of furniture and only had 1,300.00 left on payment. I had a house fire and smoke damage on couches, and they refused to clear balance out or replace couches. So finsh payment on items can't use. I paid, and Will never return ,money wasted and they treated me, someone who always paid on time, always replaced with using this place, and you treated me like a nobody after over a decade of coming as well watching management even come and go...must be cold to the core. Take care Ms.Mildred you always served me well to the best of standards, and this situation was out of your hands. I also took down photos I posted for this place that had several reviews, and I don't want to help management that doesn't help valuable...

Went in to buy a new mattress and ended up getting an awesome bedroom set also got a great deal and new memory foam pillows as a gift. Very friendly workers Mildred was awesome helping me get started on testing the mattress before buying and gave my husband David and I enough time and space to make up our own minds on what bedroom set we wanted helped us get the paperwork ready and Melissa help us get the credit we need to finish our process, we should get it delivered in less than a week easy as one, two, three will...
