DNA Smoke Shop — Local services in Winnsboro

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES! This store sells defective vaporizers and leaking cartridges that they refuse to refund even after acknowledging that their products don't work and being provided with a receipt from the previous work day. They actually kicked me out of the store for insisting that they take back their broken product that they had just sold me. Don't give your money to such people. There are plenty of better vendors everywhere. Response to response:

1. "and pick out anything you want to exchange it with." is a complete lie. I was made no such offer.
2. No one thinks you make the vapes. I've worked for my family's small shop and understand how retail works. We still issue refunds on everything that doesn't work because we aren't thieves. Then we return them to the vendor. That's just how reputable businesses work.
3. "We make sure everyone tries it to make sure it's working before they leave the store." This is another blatant lie. No such thing happened any of the 4 times I've been here.
4. "After having it for 2 days" I bough the pen 10 minutes before closing Saturday. I tried to return it within 20 minutes of them opening on Monday. They are closed on Sundays. What else was I supposed to do?

Shout out to the DNA Smoke Shop. The people working there are so sweet and kind. Lisa Spence and her husband took time out of their day and went over and beyond to come to my daughter's birthday party. They rode her around in their Tesla. Winnsboro Police Dept also came by to let her take photos and to show her how the patrol car works. I also want to think Savannah Crabb for going over and beyond when I come into the shop. I've been coming to that shop since they open the doors. They're courteous, well knowledge in their products, and will answer any questions you have. I was in there today and I'm glad to see that the product line has expanded two-fold since they open the doors.

If you need your cloths pressed, and starched. The cleaners in the same building has a very good reputation for the work they do there also.
