Social Security Administration — Local services in Winona

i've tried contacting Somebody over the phone last couple days, I called three times and nobody picked up, it constantly said all the agents are unavailable

All I was trying to do was get some information about my Social Security application for disability and to get updates on it but nobody answers the phone, if you do manage to get somebody on the phone they're either rude to you or they don't know what's going on

it's ridiculous

UPDATE: I just got my information back from them and they completely denied it even though my doctor clearly stated I have Depression and high social anxiety, Both of which are disabilities that can affect people at home, in society, and most importantly AT WORK!!! Not all disabilities are physical

I have a feeling because I wrote a bad review a while back they chose to deny it...

Winona MN, another Wednesday - Trying to make appt. for SSI. Phone- 120 min minimum wait. Call auto disconnected after 60 min. Redial. Start over. 120 minute minimum. Meantime, internet location search. Drive downtown. Office permanently close. Drive to new location. Not a convenient location. Far end of city. Old factory district. Street dead ends in front of their location. 2 PM Office closed. Now, 165 min in. Call still on hold.

The older woman that works there was incredibly rude to me. She told me she was glad I was going to have to pay a penalty. And also said “that’s what you get for retiring early.!” I was never charged a penalty, even though she said I would be. She also said I was to bring my paycheck stub down to her every time I was paid for the records. She shouldn’t be working there if she treats retired people that way. She has no idea the reason why I retired to say that. I complained about this before and never heard anything back on it. They owe me an apology. I’m going keep posting this complaint until I...
