Since being with Millerbernd I’ve transitioned out of the position I started in and accepted a roll in a different department. Each area I’ve worked in I’ve felt valued and appreciated. I can say I’m very disappointed with this company. My experience working here there is lack of communication with management. They give you 7 hours to hit every day when 99 percent of the time you don’t have all the parts or poles are built wrong. My advice to anyone who is thinking about working here I would definitely look elsewhere. I struggled this year with the loss of my brother and they said they would not give me hits for taking time to gather myself. And that was a lie. They don’t have your back when they say they do. I have worked at millerbern for almost a year. It's a great place to work for many reasons here are a few. They have 4 differnt shifts available so you are able to have more options to suit your personal needs I have also seen they will work with people who have to alter from the normal shifts and work with you on that. The people there are great and very helpful to people who are just starting.the health insurance and other benefits they offer are very good compared to other places.
