I was extremely happy with Ben's work. I had a power surge knock out my gaming PC and after he replaced the PSU — while suggesting an upgrade to hopefully keep my computer running longer into the future — it became a reality to me that I would need to replace the motherboard as well. Ben was happy to recommend a motherboard even knowing that I would be installing it myself given my budget. He was even happy to entertain a few small technical questions I had when installing my own motherboard.

Long Version: My computer had been blue screening non-stop and I could not discern a cause. I took it in here and found the problem was very, VERY bad. However, Ben stuck with me for over a month of troubleshooting (Yes, the problem was THAT bad) and he came through for me like no other repair company would. This gentleman is a godsend, my laptop went dead on a Friday afternoon I called the shop explained the problem,he said bring it in I told him I lived by my laptop ( doing everthing ) he told me there was a fee for rushed service, Took it in @3:30 on a Friday was told if it was a simple fix maybe that evenning if it needed parts it would be longer, well it was a simple fix for this man and I had my laptop back by 6:30 the same evenning .
