Andy Butler was rude and lacks customer service skills. I was interested in a digital piano and asked a couple questions regarding the condition of the piano (keys and storage conditions). Questions that any person who plays pianos would ask before purchasing a second hand piano. I was rudely told “Question time is over you can see you at 741 Tildenville School Rd., Winter Garden 34787”. I responded with “I live in New Smyrna so that’s a long drive for me”.
