I contracted with Mike to have a furnace and A/C unit installed in my cottage, replacing the existing electric baseboard heat. The cottage had a crawl space and the installers, Dave and crew, did an outstanding job of installing the furnace in the crawl space and running the air supplies and returns through the crawl space ceiling and into the flooring.
