It’s hard for my family member to get her weekly shower! Sometimes its 3 weeks between showers. It’s hard for her to have her compression socks applied daily! She needs compression socks Because of poor circulation, and they prevent blisters from forming on her feet and legs. There is a doctor’s order for these. I also don't think she is getting help changing incontinence garments and doing hygiene on a daily basis, consequently she is prone to fungal infections in her private area.. I documented these deficiencies over and over verbally and in writing and have submitted these issues to the care staff supervisor and the general manager over and over again without consistant improvement. Thank you for walking with us through...

I would think twice before placing a loved one at...
