Vanguard National Trailer Corporation — Local services in Wolcott

Bought a 2020 reefer trailer and boy what a nightmare. There was foam leaking out of the floor in between the crossmembers and the walls. Both top corners on the inside are coming apart. Had it at a vanguard dealer (Central Trailer in Altoona, IA) four times for repairs. The trailer is only two months old and the corners are separating again letting moisture into the walls and insulation. One of the brackets holding the side skirts already broke off. Quality control and the actual quality of these trailers is very questionable. I’m being bounced between the dealer and vanguard on the phone while they’re trying to find a resolution. So I’m currently pulling a new trailer around with a hole in the corner. Vanguard wants to try and fix it again for the fifth time. At this point I’m done with patch work and repairs. I think vanguard needs to stand behind their product and admit that the trailer has a manufacturers defect and buy this lemon back. TRUCK DRIVERS- my apoitment was at 10am. I was there at 10pm the day before,even do is saying no night parking on trucker tools app,they are going to let u sleep there,on the right side,there is not a lot of space,bc of some cars,but u can fit a few trucks definetly.
