Dropped of a 10 year old echo leaf blower that was a hard start. I had just installed a new plug and carb myself, but couldn’t get it to run well. Took it in for repairs and a little over two weeks later they call and said it’s done and I can come get it. I get there and the repair cost was $262! That’s right $262! That is $12 more than I paid for the unit when it was brand new. No one called to ask if that was ok, or gave me a price before the repair. They just did it and didn’t ask. Who in their right mind would repair a 10 year old blower when I could have got a new one for the same price. They are just ripping people off because the can. The manager was “too busy” to come talk to me. I would never recommend them unless you get a written quote up front and know exactly what you are getting into or they will charge you well above what any decent dealership would. I have half a mind to call the BBB and see if they are doing this to others. I see there is another post on here that is the same story....

A couple years ago I had them pick up my riding mower. I told them exactly what the problem was. They return it and it was worse than before. Called them up and told them. They came got it again. This time I showed the guy what needed to be done. Came back and STILL wasn't right. Opened the hood and neither of the lights were hooked up. Heck, some of the wire was missing. Called them up. "What's your address.. we'll send you a wiring harness". That was 2 years ago and still waiting tho mower is long gone. Oh...and they charged me for coming to pick it up and dropping it off the second time. Wasn't my fault they didn't fix it in the first place. I should not have been charged. Haven't been back in...

The short version... First and last purchase from this place is a riding mower with factory issues they knew about when it was delivered. Now after several phone calls to them then finally just stopping to see what to do about the warranty issue and me taking back the mower then them loading back on my trailer to bring it home it still has the same issues.
