Restaurant Depot — Local services in Woodinville

TLDR: I got legit scammed at restaurant depot.

I had probably one of the worst return experiences in my life. As a Muslim, we buy dates every year for Ramadan. I went to buy 3 boxes of dates from restaurant depot. Of those three boxes, one box turned out to be completely rotten. The following day from buying the boxes of dates, I go to return the rotten box. I come to find out that this rotten box is from a year ago, and that is why it is rotten. The other two boxes I picked up were not rotten, and of this years design. Somehow of the three boxes I bought, one of them was rotten. Restaurant Depot insisted that I brought back a rotten box of dates from the previous year. They believed that there is no way that a rotten box from the previous year could’ve made its way to their dates pallet, whether it was from some random person leaving it there, or a mishap on their end. Going back and forth, and having to try to prove that I wasn’t pulling some sleazy return over a box of dates was probably the biggest waste of time I’ve had in my life. I used to go Restaurant depot Woodinville twice a week for the last 3 years to buy 3 gallons of French Vanilla from Lynnwood. But recently I visited 4 times but there are no French Vanilla. In ice cream section, there are more of Chocolate chip ice cream left over on the shelf, not a single French Vanilla or even Vanilla. Last time I had to buy Vanilla bean ice cream, even though I didn't want it but no choice. The employees are quite nice but it is really disappointing if you don't have the products. I think there should be a change of management or negligent in what they are doing. Please make order on the basis of consumption. Also I used to buy Dark Brown Sugar every time when I go there. Recently it is not displayed and I had to ask them to bring it to display. Something is going on. Really poor management. Really...

I did delivery yesterday, another trucker told me he is parking at door 1, and told me to move my truck so he can park easily, i moved my truck in front of door 2 then a black guy from receiving came out and talk so rudely with me for moving in front of door 2, i even told him the another guy is backing up on next door so he told me to move, black guy said he don't care how another guy gonna back into door, but i need to move.
