One star, because there is no lower score available. Employees are useless, rude and unprofessional. Also completely without basic manners. Did nothing about the guy sitting in his car taking up both up front spaces intended for people dropping of items. Watched me (57 year old woman) struggle a heavy old microwave out of my hatchback and approach the door. Looked at me through the glass door and didn't move, though neither was doing ANYTHING at the time. Balancing the microwave on my knees and opening the door with one hand while frog walking forward to hold the door, I made it inside. This is the point were, making no attempt to help me, prince charming tells me to take it to the designated area where I then have to squat down while holding the giant microwave to deposit it on the floor. Apparently it would have been too much strain on the princess to allow me to put it on the counter for him to move later. Will NEVER return. Not just bad...

Terrible. Its like a computer bodega. There is rarely anything on the shelves here. They dont really want to sell anything. They mostly just exist to take stuff for free and either recycle it or mark it up heavily and sell it online. Their primary business is a BS contract with Microsoft to handle all MS surplus. They tried to sell me a first generation mac pro 1,1 (the first one that ever came out) for 500 bucks. It wasn't even loaded with options. It had like 2 gigs ram and no special gpu. I said screw that and bought a mac pro 3,1 on ebay the same day for 80 bucks free shipping. That one had 24gb ram and dual quad cores. Ill never shop here again and actively deter others from...

We had a few CRT Computer Monitors to recycle and found PC Recycle via a King County recycle website. I called to verify that they were open and if they accepted the monitors. She was very nice on the phone and said yes come on over and verified their location. I sent one of the employees over and he was back within 20 minutes.
