Here's an example of the excellent customer service from this company. We received a Dogoploy game as a Christmas gift. Much to our disappointment, the first time I opened the box to play the game with my grandson, the board contained in the box was Catopoly. Since the properties cards all list dog breeds and the board properties all cat breeds, we were unable to play. I found a contact email on the company's website so I wrote the them explaining the situation, asking where we could go to exchange the board. This was a Wednesday night. The next morning I had a reply email letting me know that they were mailing me a replacement Dogoploy board. Three days later, on the following Saturday, I received a Dogoploy board in the mail. Maybe for a box truck, but a 53’ trailer with a conventional cab is NOT the safest option to deliver here. If forced to do so, the gentleman I met at the warehouse was friendly and did everything he could to help ensure a safe delivery.
