T-Mobile — Local services in Woodruff

I went yesterday to ask a few questions on my dad's behalf... he needed a new phone and I came back , later to buy the phone. The retail associate manager BRANDON, is the worse person I had to deal with in my life!!! I even asked him her if you don't feel good or something, I can just wait for the girl to help me out with my purchase. He replied: :PHONE NUMBER???. I mean you're not doing me a freaking favor, I was there to buy a phone, I'm a loyal customer and have 8 lines with T-Mobile, that. This guy has the worst attitude ever, smokes way too much and it's disgusting just to stand in front of him, he can barely breath... the associate girl, sorry I don't know her name was very nice, she even asked him multiple questions and he never knew nothing, he wasn't either willing to support her or he definitely didn't know anything. How can such an incompetent, disgusting and rude person like him, can be a store manager in a small town like this where the population is used to great quality service? I'll never go back to the store if he's there and I won't recommend anyone to go there unless he's gone. He ruins T-Mobile's image. Also my dad is a 72yo kind and patient guy and even him felt aggravated, this guy finished setting up the phone and asked do you need me to transfer your information too?? 🙄 withat face... and he said we'll figure it out I guess. Because he was annoyed by having to do his job. We ended up going to sleep after midnight because the phone didn't transfer all the info to the new phone and the watch wasn't doing it either. My dad had to go this morning to a Tmobile store in spartanburg to ask for help, of course he wasn't gonna come back to the "kind" guy to help him out with it. We don't want lazy, rude and nasty people...

This team by far has the best customer experience I have experienced at any phone store I have visited, and I have had multiple carriers. Justin is phenomenal. Marlon, the manager was also amazing. Dalton also helped with everything he could as well. I had 3 team members assisting me resolve my issue and they are all extremely kind and knowledgeable. Zach at woodruff was amazing had T-Mobile for at least 12 years I’m 82 years my husband is 86 and we have visited multiple stores and Zach is the most knowledgeable helpful and courteous person we have had to help us. So good that we are willing to travel 50 miles to have him take care of us! We highly recommend visiting him...
