I got there at 10, which i had an appointment, i didn’t get seated until after 11. someone was doing my hair and stopped out of nowhere at almost 4 . i had to wait until somebody else finished to get the rest of my hair braided . people that came in after me and at the same time finished before me. Even the people with smaller braids than what i got. I didn’t get done till after 6pm and i got there at 10am. my parts in the middle aren’t even which idk how it was hard to match them up on both sides . I usually go here to get my hair braided but my last experience was terrible! I called and asked how much was the style the gave me one price. I came in and they changed the price which is fine. The lady who did my hair asked me twice what I wanted (so she knew exactly what I wanted). She totally braids my hair wrong. I asked for knotless butt length braids. I was given mid-back large braids! Rightfully so I am upset (this is my bday hair) so I called and they offered to redo it.
