I had him come to ensure the pool at my new house was winterized correctly as I had bought it in late fall. He ensured it was. Of course after summer came there was a leak. He said I needed a new pump and multi port valve. I paid for that. He then sent bills for hours of trying to fix a priming problem that he never even let me know was wrong. He sends cash register receipts for bills. When I caught him at the house one day, his side kick said he thought it wasn't winterized right.
