My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge was in bad shape, and I needed a new phone. I heard about Prime Mobile that opened up, so I checked it out.

Paul was behind the counter, and greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was 100% about providing the best customer service and shopping experience from the first minute.

The service was amazing and fast, I was set up with a new phone within 15 minutes. Paul also made sure to give me a great price for the phone. He was even helpful after I left the store, and couldn't figure out some things on my phone...that's grade A customer service.

I purchased a phone from his company if you months ago. The guys are nice. The phone has never worked properly. I went to have it fixed and they were not there. I went back several times and still they were not there. The neighboring shop owners said that they had gone to Jordan. So it was closed for several months. They opened up recently for a few weeks.
